Privacy Policy
Effective July 28, 2026. This policy explains how C2 Cybertek handles information submitted through this website and eligible C2-managed products and services.
Information we collect
We may collect contact details, business information, product interests, project requirements, and messages that you voluntarily submit. Hosting and security systems may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and pages requested.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate product or software access, provide requested services, maintain security, diagnose issues, improve our products and services, meet legal obligations, and protect C2 Cybertek, customers, and users.
Products, platforms, and portals
C2 Manager, C2 software, customer portals, and industry products may process additional information under a customer agreement. The business customer determines which approved users, information, roles, and workflows are configured.
Cyra and managed AI
When an approved Cyra capability is used, information necessary for that workflow may be processed by C2 Cybertek and contracted infrastructure or AI providers. C2 limits information to approved uses and does not intentionally request passwords, payment-card information, medical information, or other sensitive information through general inquiry or demonstration tools.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email, security, monitoring, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary for their contracted role.
Retention and security
Information is retained as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual requirements, security, and legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but C2 uses safeguards appropriate to the service.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to contractual, security, backup, and legal requirements. Contact info@c2cybertek.com.
Children
C2 Cybertek’s general business website, products, and demonstrations are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as products, services, and legal requirements evolve. The effective date identifies the current version.
